Little Court, Janesville, Wisconsin. Agenda 1. Review A. Preliminary survey, Brad & Toni Anderson 2. Public Hearing A. Town of Janesville zoning ordinance amendments that will effect the use of all property zoned A-2 in the Town of Janesville by permitting park model recreational vehicles on such zoned properties subject to certain conditions B. Request, from Brad & Toni Anderson, Milton, for a change in zoning from Exclusive Agricultural District (A-1) to Small Scale Agricultural District (A-3) and Single Family Rural Residential (SF-RR) to split off house + one acre to be SF-RR and the remaining acreage will be A-3 with barn remodeled into their home C.
