The Town Board of Janesville will hold its regular meeting for the
month of Sept. Tuesday, September 8th, 2009 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town
Hall, 1628 N. Little Court, Janesville, Wisconsin.

2.	Minutes of previous meeting
3.  	Financial Report 	
4.	Citizen Participation
5.	Committee Recommendations - Recommending Adoption of the
Comprehensive Plan-2035
6.	Unfinished Business    
	A.	Discuss Crystal Springs Rd action on Rd agreement. Private drive
or Public right away.
	B.	Discuss Shouldering the 3100 block of Crystal Springs Rd.
	C.	Update on the Hackbarth Rd culvert. Post  class B Hwy.			
7.	New Business
	A     	Building Inspector Report
	B.	Ordinance to create and adopt the Town of Janesville Comprehensive
Plan-2035
		Ordinance Number -090908  
	C.	Choose someone to compare the current Ordinances be in line with
the Comprehensive 		Plan.              
	D.	Discuss getting a wet or dry vacuum for the Town Hall.
	E.	Review the Injunctive Relief  Quote ($25/50) and ($50/50) on
Horton Insurance.
	F.	Consider town hall maintenance, cleaning contract with David
Brown	
	G.	Consider operator licenses for Heather Truman and John Pankhurst,
to expire
		June 30, 2010.
	H. 	Census Bureau 2010 New Construction program.
	I.	Consider removal of dead elm trees at 3109 Rollingwood. Residents
would be willing to 		remove them and use the wood. 
	J.	Plowing of High  Point Estates before final lift of blacktop is
on. Brain Wyss subdivision.
	K.	Contract Renewal with the county for the Statewide Voter
Registration System for  		the year 2010-2011.
	L.	Boat Landing at Town Park is closed, hire someone to fix it.
