The Town Board of Janesville will hold its regular meeting for the
month of October, Monday, October 5th , 2009 at 7:30 P.M. at the Town
Hall, 1628 N. Little Court, Janesville, Wisconsin 53548

And (SFRR) to (A-3) to create 1 new lot and adjust lot line between
lots.
C. Request from Melvin Becker for zoning change from (A-1) to (B-1).

B. Purchasing a wet or dry vacuum for the Town Hall

B. Mary Robb- Rock Cty Planning Department, zoning issues.
C. Approve voucher for clerk to attend training. Oct.7th , 2009
completing election day forms.
D. Land division for Jon Ryan and Bruce Danielson , transfer land
between ad joiners
Request waiver Land Division Regulations. Present zoning
(SFRR).
E. Request from Alan Cooper and Bruce Danielson, for a change in
zoning from, Agricultural
Two (A-2) to Single Family Rural Residential (SFRR), and
Agricultural Two District (A-2) &
Single Family Rural Residential (SFRR). to Agricultural Three
District (A--3), to create 1 new
Lot and adjust lot line between 2 existing lots.
F. Request from Melvin Becker, 3B’s Bar and Grill for a change in
zoning from, Agricultural One
District (A-1) to (B-1) Local Commercial District.
G. Consider operator license for Cindy Jo Bromeland, to expire June
30, 2010.
H. Set date for budget working session - October 13th 2009 at 7:00
pm.
