Members Present: Chairman Bruce Schneider, Supervisors, David Rebout,
Gary Fox,
Janet Kassel and Lon Coplien.
Members Absent: 
Others Present: Town Clerk Linda Fewell, Treasurer Peggy Augustine,
Constable Archie Henkelmann, Attorney Jamie Olson, (10) members of the

Meeting called to order, by Chairman Schneider, followed by the Pledge
of Allegiance, at 7:30 p.m., at the Town Office, 1628 N. Little Court,
Janesville, Wisconsin.

1.	Minutes of Previous Meetings
       Moved by Fox, seconded by Kassel, that the minutes of the
regular meeting held 
	March 7, 2016 be approved with the correction of page 2, #5 letter A
remove (or) before 
	Dead trees. Motion carried on voice vote.	
2.	Financial Report 
	Moved by Rebout, seconded by Fox, the financial report, ending March
31, 2016, be 	approver as presented. Motion carried on voice vote.  
3.	Citizen Participation- 
	Deputy St Michael’s here from the Sheriff’s Department for questions
and concerns.
	Lauri Pernot, brought up that her property has been receiving some
damage and her 
	Dogs have been harassed. The Deputy told her to call when this
happens and keep in 
	Contact with the Deputy that is already assisting her.
	Deputy stated that brush fires are on the rise and to let residents
know that it is very
	Dry out there.
	County Highway Department will pick up dead deer if they are in a
sensitive area, 
	They will just let Mother Nature take over for the ones in the
	David Rebout- had a call about gravel on Deer Path and said that it
could be swept
	Up by the County for $500.00. 	
4.	Planning Committee Recommendations- 
A. Moved by Kassel, seconded by Fox, to approve the request, from Dan
& Susan Peterson, 2821 N. Polzin Rd Janesville, WI 53548 for a
Conditional Use Permit in The Exclusive Agricultural One District
(A-1), to continue activities they have conducted since 2010, music
teaching and performances and horse related activities, on the
following property: Section 18- T.3, R.18 SE1/4, SW1/4, of the 4TH
P.M., Janesville Township, Rock County, Wisconsin Parcel # 6-8-168. 40
m/l acres of the 51 m/l acres. Carol Rielly questioned if the CUP goes
with the land or resident? Goes with the resident.
Motion carried on voice vote.
B. Moved by Rebout seconded by Kassel, to approve the request from
Charles C. & Ruth E. Rust Rev. Trust, 3870 W. Calle Cinco Green
Valley, AZ 85622 - 3501 N Hackbarth Rd Janesville, WI 53548. For a
Preliminary Minor Land Division, B-1 Commercial District & A-2
Agricultural District,  Section 15-T.3N,R.15E SE ¼, NW 1/4,of the
4thP.M. Janesville Township, Rock County, Wisconsin. Parcel #
6-8-135A.1.  40 acres m/l acres. Future zoning of parent lot to remain
(B-1). Motion carried on voice vote.
5.	Unfinished Business	
	A. Jay Killeen is the only one for the 2015 delinquent personal
property taxes.
B. Discuss Farm Land Preservation (FP) options. The concerns is on how
the residents make a corrections to their land from A-1 to A1-FP. 
1. Land owners can do the zoning change.
2. Change A-1 ordinance to A1FP overlay- retitle it then send to
This can be done when there is a Planning and Zoning meeting.
C. Mary Webster here again due to the loud music on County Rd A she
brought up our 
Ordinance, # 12.6. Chairman Schneider gave her his number and told her
to call him when they were playing. Moved by Schneider seconded by
Fox, that when Bruce makes the visit and determines that the Attorney
shall send a letter. Motion carried on voice vote.				
6.	New Business
	A.	Building Inspector Report - 
B.	Community Pride work day has been set, April 16, 2016 at 8am-12pm
C.	Moved by Fox, seconded by Rebout, to approve the appointment made
by the Town Chairman Schneider, that Janet Kassel will be the
presiding officer to the Town Board for 1 year. Motion carried on
voice vote. 
D.	Moved by Fox, seconded by Rebout, to set the date for the Road Trip
with the County, April 7, 2016. Bruce and David will be going. Motion
carried on voice vote. 
E.	Moved by Rebout, seconded by Kassel, to approve the Rural Fire
Contract with the City, $356,814.00. Motion carried on voice vote.
F.	The meeting with the County Public Works Committee has been set for
April 29, 
	2016 at Southern WI Regional Airport. 
      G.	Moved by Fox, seconded by Coplien, to approve operator
license for Brianna
	 	Graf to expire June30, 2016. Motion carried on voice vote.

7.   	Correspondence
	1. 	Sheriff Report - on file with clerk.
8.	Vouchers
Moved by Rebout, seconded by Fox, to amend March vouchers to include
#130 American Steel for the Boat landing pier. Motion carried on voice
Moved by Rebout, seconded by Fox, to approve vouchers #131 thru and
including #160 for payment. Motion carried on voice vote.
9.	Adjournment
     	Moved by Rebout, seconded by Fox, to adjourn. Motion carried on
voice vote.
   	Meeting adjourned at 8:26pm
