Consolidated School and the Town Website.
Members Present: Chairman Bruce Schneider, Supervisors David Rebout,
Gary Fox, Janet Kassel and Lon Coplien
Members Absent: 
Others Present:  Clerk Linda Fewell, Treasurer Peggy Augustine,
Attorney Jamie Olson, Constable Archie Henkelmann, (10) members of the

Meeting called to order, by Chairman Schneider, at 7:30 p.m., at the
Town Hall, 1628 North Little Court Janesville, Wisconsin, followed by
the pledge of allegiance.

1.	Minutes of Previous Meeting
Moved by Fox, seconded by Coplien, that the minutes of the regular
meeting, held June 6, 2016, be approved with the corrections #6-B
change “of” to or and due to do review on case by case basis, Motion
carried on voice vote with those corrections.
2.	Financial Report
   	Moved by Rebout, seconded by Fox, to approve the financial report
ending 	June 30, 2016 as presented by Treasurer Augustine. Motion
carried on voice vote.  
3.	Citizen Participation
	Yari Rashkin, running for Rock County Treasurer, here to introduce
	*4 years on City Council
	*10 years mortgage company owner
	*UWW Adjunct Professor
	Would appreciate your vote on August 9th, 2016
	Peggy Augustine, County has a rural address (fire number) ordinance,
would like 
	Us to get the message out to our residents, put a flyer on the
website, post at 
	Posting places. The cost of the signs has increased to $75.00. Would
be very 
	Costly to do all the Town’s numbers.
	Also, Hildou Toftee has filed bankruptcy chapter 7.	
4.	 Recommendation from Planning & Zoning Committee –	
1. Request, from Brad Adee, 4166 N. West River Hills, LLC, for a Land
Division, GOV. LOT 2 Parcel # 6-8-93. Land Division area 26.5 acres,
current zoning of land division acres (A-2) number of new/additional
lots created by land division 1. Future zoning of new lot created by
land division B-1. Future zoning of parent lot area A-2. Section
10-T.3N, R.15E of the 4th P.M. Janesville, Township, Rock County,
Wisconsin. Parcel # 6-8-93.
Moved by Kassel, seconded by Coplien, to approve the Land Division for
Adee, the road will be extended down to the Y/T to become a public
road (property Line). Hwy 14 may go to 4 lane in 2036 the building
will be back far enough if or when that happens. May not go to 4 lanes
if the bypass around Janesville goes thru.  
2. Request, from Brad Adee, 4166 N. West River Hills, LLC for a zoning
change from, Agricultural District (A-2) to Local Commercial District,
(B-1), GOV. LOT 2, Parcel 6-8-93, Section 10-T.3N, R.15E of the 4th
P.M. Janesville Township, Rock County, Wisconsin. 
Moved by Fox, seconded by Rebout, to approve the rezone for Brad Adee
A-2 to B-1 on parcel 6-8-93 section 10. Motion carried on voice vote.

5.	 Unfinished Business
	A. Mt. Pleasant Cemetery ingress and egress issue, no one here to
speak on 
	   This issue. Chairman requested to remove from agenda.
New Business 
       A.     Building Inspector Report- Copies handed out to board
       B.     Moved by Fox, seconded by Kassel, to approve the
operator license for
	       Zachery Cresswell, to expire June 30, 2017. Motion carried on
voice vote.        
C.     Clerk will be out of the office on July 7th, 2016.
D.	Gaylen Reilly, questioned the board about his property at 6447 Hwy
	He has bought the house and plans on tearing it down. Can he just
fill the well and septic? Call the health department. Will need to get
a demo permit from the Building Inspector. Can he bury the house on
site? May have to check with the State they may have an ordinance on
that. Property is zoned SFRR. 
7.	Reports by Town Attorney		
        Nothing to report	
8.	Correspondence
	Sheriff Report- June report on file with clerk
	Chairman Schneider brought up that there have been puppies seized at
4815 W
	Hwy 14. The Sheriff’s Department and Humane Society are involved.
	Should see what it is zoned and write a letter to have remaining dogs
	Letter should go to the renters as well as the owner of the
9.	Vouchers
Moved by Fox, seconded by Kassel, to approve vouchers #227-#256
(amending to include #227 from June.) Motion carried on voice vote.
10.	Adjournment
     	Moved by Rebout, seconded by Fox, to adjourn. Motion carried on
       Voice vote. Meeting adjourned at 8:22 p.m.
