Chairman of the Meeting: Town Chairman Edward Marshall

Others Present: (6) members of the public and the Clerk & Chairman &
Treasurer
Meeting called to order, followed by Chairman Marshall, at 7:30 p.m.
in the town hall, 1628 N. Little Court, Janesville, Wisconsin.
1. Minutes of the 2008 Annual Meeting
Moved by Bruce Schneider, seconded by David Rebout , to approve the
2008 minutes, as presented at the annual town meeting, as submitted
by the town clerk and read by Chairman Marshall. Motion carried on
voice vote.
2. 2008 Financial Report
Copies of the 2008 Town Financial Report completed by Deignan &
Associates were available for inspection. Moved by Ed Marshall,
seconded by Gary Fox, to approve the 2008 Town Financial Report.
3. Set Date for the 2010 Town Meeting
Moved by David Rebout, seconded by Gary Fox, to set Tuesday, April
13, 2010 at 7:30 p.m.
The date and time for the 2010 Town Meeting to be held in the Town
Hall. Motion carried on a
Voice vote.
4. Results of the Spring Election
Chairman Marshall read the results of the Spring Election held in the
Town of Janesville. 326 voters cast their ballots.
5. 2009-2010 Town Road Maintenance
Moved by Ed Marshall, seconded by Bruce Schneider, to approve
$175,000 for road maintenance for 2009. Motion carried by voice
vote. It was noted the road trip was taken on
April 13 2009 and Rematting and Seal Coating will save money for lots
of subdivision roads.
6. Power Point presentation-storm water management
Nancy Zolidis from Montgomery Associates gave a 20 minute
presentation on water run off
Where it goes and how it effects all of us.
Was mentioned about the Gensler pit and the Redwood area with the
broken up blacktop those
areas have things that may have things that effect
storm water run off.
7. Other Business
Wisconsin Towns Workshops for 2009, asked members if they wanted to
go to the meeting.
Will get back and let me know.

8. Adjournment
Moved by David Rebout, seconded by Gary Fox, to adjourn the 2009
annual town meeting. Motion carried on voice vote.
Meeting adjourned at 8:25p.m.
9. Meeting reopened at 8:27p.m.
Had to swear in the new Officials and take the Oath.
Moved by David Rebout, and seconed by Bruce Schneider, to adjourn the
meeting again.
Motion carried on voice vote.
Meeting adjourned at 8:33p.m.
