Notice of Hearing Town of Janesville Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning & Zoning Committee of the Town of Janesville, Monday, March 24, 2008, at 6:30 p.m., at the Town Hall, 1628 N. Little Ct., Janesville, WI to hear a request, from BFB Investments LLC, 4450 Milton Ave., Suite 206, Janesville, WI, for a conditional use permit for the current building on this parcel to be used for a residence and an architectural office in the Single Family Rural Residential District (SF-RR), described as follows: Part of the NW ¼ of the SW ¼ Grand Videre Estates Condo, Unit 10 in Section 6, consisting of 2.48 acres. PARCEL #6-8-52.510 All persons, their agents and/or attorneys will be given an opportunity to be heard in relation thereto. Members of the Town Board and/or Board of Appeals may be in attendance.
