Town of Janesville Smart Growth Workshop The Town of Janesville, along with Rock County Planning and Development, invites the public to an open meeting to discuss elements of the Preliminary Draft of the Town of Janesville Comprehensive Plan – 2035. All Town of Janesville residents are encouraged to attend. The meeting will be held at the Town of Janesville Town Hall at: 1628 N. Little Court Tuesday, April 15, 2008 6:00 pm. Possible topics may include: land use concepts, a workshop for assessing land use desires, a continuation of discussion of Preliminary Drafts of the Transportation and Utilities and Community Facilities Elements of the Plan, and an introduction to the Housing Element. To ask questions or request a copy of the Draft Comprehensive Plan in advance of the meeting, please call 757-5587. It is possible that members and possibly a quorum of governmental bodies of the Town of Janesville may be in attendance at this meeting to gather information: no action will be taken by any governmental body at the meeting.
