NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN  that a public hearing will be heard before the
Board of Appeals of the Town of Janesville, Thursday, May 1, 2008 at
6:30 p.m. at the Town Hall, 1628 North Little Court, Janesville, WI.,
to hear a request, from Melvin Becker, Three B’s Bar & Grill, 3333 N.
County Road E, Janesville, for a variance, from the Town Zoning
Ordinance, to build attached bathrooms to existing pavilion.  The
addition would be less than 50 feet from the property line.
