Notice is hereby given that a public hearing will be held before the
Planning & Zoning Committee of the Town of Janesville, Monday, August
4, 2008 at 6:30 p.m., at the Town Hall, 1628 N. Little Ct.,
Janesville, WI to hear a request, from Janet Kassel & Don Blakeney,
1438 N. County Road H, Janesville, WI for a conditional use permit in
the Exclusive Agricultural District (A-1) for a farm family business,
property described as follows:

PART OF  NW. 1/4 OF THE NW. 1/4 AND PART OF THE SW 1/4 OF THE NW. 1/4
 OF SECTION 30, T. 3N., R. 12E. OF THE 4TH P.M., JANESVILLE TOWNSHIP,
ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN

All persons, their agents and/or attorneys will be given an
opportunity to be heard in relation thereto.
