Notice of Hearing Town of Janesville Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning & Zoning Committee of the Town of Janesville, Monday, October 6, 2008, at 6:30 p.m., in the Town Hall, 1628 N. Little Court, Janesville, to hear a request, from David A. Anderson, 3222 N. County Road E, Janesville, WI 53548, for a change in zoning, from Exclusive Agricultural District (A-1), to Single Family Rural Residential District (SF-RR), two pieces of land from his approximate 53 acre parcel (6-8-141) to be transferred to adjoining owners, on the following described property: To be transferred to Don Snyder: PART OF THE SE. ¼ OF SECTION 15, T.3N., R.12E. OF THE 4TH P.M., JANESVILLE TOWNSHIP, ROCK COUNTY, WISCONSIN. Described as follows: Commencing at the SE. corner of said Section 15; thence Westerly along the South line of the SE. ¼ of said Section, 63.3 feet, more or less to the most SW. corner of Don W. Snyder’s property, also being at the place of beginning for the land to be herein described; thence continuing Westerly along said South line, 135 feet, more or less to the Northeasterly line of the railroad property; thence Northwesterly along said Northeasterly line, 255 feet, more or less to the Easterly line of N. County Road E; thence Northwesterly along said Easterly line 341 feet, more or less to a jog in said Easterly line; thence Northerly 17 feet; thence Easterly 251 feet, more or less; thence Northeasterly 16 feet to the most Westerly corner of Parcel No. 6-8-141.3; thence Southeasterly along the Southwesterly line of existing parcels, 235 feet, more or less at an angle in said Southwesterly line; thence continuing Southeasterly along said Southwesterly line, 205 feet, more or less to the most Northwesterly corner of Don W. Described as follows: Beginning at the SE. corner of Lot 1, of a Certified Survey Map as recorded in Volume 21, page 440; thence Easterly 175 feet, more or less; thence Southerly 97 feet, more or less to the most Northerly corner of Lot 1 of a Certified Survey Map as recorded in Volume 16, page 213; thence Southwesterly 312 feet, more or less to the most Westerly corner of said Lot; thence Northwesterly along the Northeasterly line of N. County Road E., 313 feet, more or less to the most Southwesterly corner of said Lot 1 (Volume 21, page 440); thence Easterly 250 feet, more or less to the place of beginning.
