NOTICE OF HEARING
TOWN OF JANESVILLE

Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the
Planning & Zoning
Committee of the Town of Janesville, Monday April 5th, 2010 at 6:30
p.m., at the Town Hall, 1628 N. Little Court, Janesville WI to hear
the following request:

1)	Request from Kelly Cusick, 3523 N. Burdick Rd., Janesville, WI for
a revised conditional use permit in the General Agricultural District
(A-2) to increase the number of large farm animals per acre on the
following descried property:

PT NE ¼ COM 219’ N 335’ W OF E ¼ CORNER, W 1026’, N 601’, E 1010’, S
TO PT, E 330’ TO SEC LN, S 264’, W 330’S TO POINT OF BEGINNING.
SECTION 17. APPROXIMATELY 18 ACRES, MORE OR LESS.

In addition she has leased land on a year to year contract from Bob
Fenrick that she would be using for manure disposal.

All persons, their agents and / or attorneys will be given an
opportunity to be heard in relation thereto.

Members of the Town Board and /or Board of Appeals may be in
attendance.
