Notice of Hearing
Town of Janesville

Notice is hereby given that a  Public Hearing will be held before the
Planning & Zoning Committee of the Town of Janesville, Monday, October
29, 2007, at 6:30 p.m., at the Town Hall, 1628 N. Little Ct.,
Janesville, WI to hear a request, from J.P. Cullen & Sons, Inc., 330
East Delavan Dr., Janesville, % Florence Hamilton/Heritage Trust, 172
Northside Dr., Milton for a conditional use permit for placing
temporary office trailers and parking of equipment and material
storage on said property in the Exclusive Agricultural District (A-1),
all used in construction at Parker High School, described as follows:

opportunity to be heard in relation thereto.

Members of the Town Board and/or Board of Appeals may be in 
attendance.

The Town Board will meet immediately following the public hearing in
order to take action on this conditional use permit application.
