NOTICE OF HEARING TOWN OF JANESVILLE Notice is hereby given that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning & Zoning Committee of the Town of Janesville, Monday, November 5, 2007 at 6:30 p.m., at the Town Hall, 1628 North Little Court, Janesville, WI to hear the following request: 1) Request from Kelly Gage-Cusick, 3523 N. Burdick Rd., Janesville, WI for a conditional use permit in the General Agricultural District (A-2) to have more than one large farm animal per acre and having a dog kennel on the following described property: PT NE ¼ COM 219’ N & 335’ W OF E ¼ CORNER, W 1026’, N 601’, E 1010’, S TO PT, E 330’ TO SEC LN, S 264’, W 330’ S TO POINT OF BEGINNING. SECTION 17. APPROXIMATELY 18 ACRES, MORE OR LESS. Services offered include: horse boarding, horse leasing, horse training, riding lessons, sales, showing, rehabilitating of injured, neglected, abused and abandoned horses, day camp for children who want to learn about horses, dog training, breeding, and grooming.
